Hello! I’m Rachel Haywood and my extreme passion is showing people how to achieve a
healthy relationship with food, achieve their goals permanently and stop yo-yo dieting for good! Welcome to my blog where I'll be sharing tips, tricks, recipes, insider secrets, nutrition facts and so much more.
A little bit about me...
I am 51 years old and have been married to my husband for almost 30 years, We live in the
South of Nottingham and have 2 grown up sons and a daughter aged 9.
A large portion of my life had been spent yo-yo dieting. It wasn’t until I decided to educate
myself about Nutrition Science and achieved a Level 4 qualification in 2020 that I found a good relationship with food and have been able to maintain my health and shape ever since.
My personal experience and knowledge enables me to work alongside clients on a 1 to 1 basis to improve their existing diet in order to help them achieve the long-lasting results they are looking for. Consistency is everything and that’s one of the reasons why I never prescribe rigid meal plans. No-one is going to stick to a plan that doesn’t include the food they normally enjoy!
Most lasting changes to the body begin in the head, so I would work with you towards
implementing small manageable changes, reaching goals and introducing new positive habits.
Once you start changing your mindset you will see how enjoyable this is!
When you reach the ultimate goal of learning how to manage your own habits successfully it
will become a lifestyle change, rather than a short term ‘diet’.
I offer education throughout the entire process so that you are always in control and can
sustain your new habits when we finish working together.
It is a truly liberating and rewarding freedom that you will experience and I would be honoured to be part of your journey.
